• The agent must have previous experience in the field of education and training, whether in teaching students or organizing educational programs.

Marketing and Promotion Skills:

• The agent must be able to market the board and attract new students, and communicate with local educational institutions through all available means.

Compliance with Quality Standards:

• The agent must adhere to the quality standards set by the board, including curriculum quality, teacher competence, and infrastructure quality.

Financial Transparency:

• The agent must provide regular and transparent reports on the board’s financial operations in the relevant country, including costs, revenues, and profits.

Compliance with Instructions and Policies:

• The agent must comply with all instructions and policies set by the board, including teaching, training, behavior, and safety policies.

Student Support:

• The agent must provide necessary support to students, including answering their inquiries and providing academic assistance and guidance.

Good Communication:

• The agent must be able to build good relationships with students, centers, institutions involved in training, and the local community in the relevant country.

Having Digital Transfer Accounts:

• The agent should possess digital transfer accounts (such as PayPal, USDT wallets) or have the ability to transfer to them, and preferably have a bank account to facilitate student service.

Authenticating Documents:

• The agent is required to authenticate all of his/her documents as an agent with the relevant authorities in his/her country based on the relevant documents sent from the board.

Duration of Agency:

• The duration of the agency is one year only, renewable based on the parties’ desire.

Termination of Contract:

• The board reserves the right to terminate the agency contract if the agent engages in any actions contrary to the agreed-upon policies and matters without consultation.

Financial Settlement:

• The agent is obliged to settle financial liabilities every three months at most (quarterly cycle).

Representation:

• The agent is expected to represent the board at conferences and events in his/her country in an honorable manner.

Concluding Agreements:

• The agent should conclude necessary agreements and understandings as required for the benefit of the work and based on the directives of the board management.
